While the new soccer shoe from Puma may be a stealthy one, its release has been anything but! The Puma PowerCat is the new replacement for the v-Konstukt line.
If you’re the kind of player who likes a tough, comfortable and powerful soccer cleat, the Puma PowerCat is definitely one to consider buying. For all you boot purists out there, Puma have responded to there (saying the least) flashy release colorways of the Puma V1.10 with a more classic Black/Yellow Lime colorway. This new boot features Puma’s new PowerGil technology which is inspired by the Great White Sharks’ ruthless attitude. More new features are the aggressive gills on the front of the upper which help provide you with more power and accuracy, while underneath the flexible k-leather upper hides a 3D layer called PST for improved kinetic transfer. This soccer cleat is lighter than the v-Konstukt model it is replacing and the PowerCat also features an external TPU injected heel counter providing excellent support and protection. Puma have definitely constructed this cleat from scratch to blow away the v-Konstukt models.
Spec:
UPPER: Soft and supple kangaroo leather with SpringTech foam for explosive shooting. SpringTech foam is embedded in the ball strike zone beneath a thin layer of kangaroo leather. It returns energy from impact of foot to ball when you strike, greatly increasing power. Raised “PowerGils” ensure that your foot gets maximum bite and grip against the ball. The ball explodes off the foot!
TPU-injected external heel counter for stability.

OUTSOLE: Lightweight TPU-injected outsole with pointed stud configuration for excellent traction.
